About Us

What are "Gervių Lizdas" and "Grybų parkas"?

We are a team of highly creative, slightly eccentric people who have created a mystical place for entertainment. The “Mushroom Park” is set up during September and October at the [“Gervių Lizdas” campsite](https://www.gerviulizdas.lt/stovyklaviete/) in the Trakai District. “Gervių Lizdas” is a space dedicated to events for children and teenagers, built on the principles of sustainable consumption, using many repurposed and gifted items. It is full of quirky structures and clay houses, with an abundance of flowers, an edible flower farm being developed, and thousands of oak saplings grown in pots. “Gervių Lizdas” is a social project supported by private sponsors and volunteers, located on the private homestead of writer Birutė Jakučionytė.

The values of “Gervių Lizdas”: OPENNESS, LOVE, WISDOM, CREATIVITY, PEACE.

Many events for families take place at “Gervių Lizdas,” which is a place for slow living. Our goal is to create a celebration, tickle your positive emotions, and paste smiles on your faces through our creativity.

During the “Mushroom Park” event, the campsite welcomes more than a thousand visitors per day, so we put a lot of effort into creating a space that is comfortable for everyone, and we have certain agreements – the “Mushroom Park Visitor Rules.” Before coming to “Gervių Lizdas,” we kindly ask you to read them. We also recommend checking the frequently asked questions. (D.U.K.)
